Living in Love 3 Month Online Journey for Women

The course will run from September to December 2025 and we will come together in a sacred circle of sisterhood for weekly live (online) sessions.
I will guide you on a beautiful journey deep into yourself,connecting with the sacred feminine energy, with the essence of who you really are, and with the fountain of love that is within you.

We’ll journey through three of your most potent energy centers: the Heart, the Womb, and the Throat.
Each month is a sacred initiation—through ritual, movement, meditation, journaling, and sisterhood—inviting you to activate and reclaim a part of yourself that may have been silenced, shamed, or forgotten. This is your time to remember who you are. To soften and rise. To come home to your body, your truth, and your divine feminine essence.

Together we will create a nurturing and sacred heart-space of belonging, trust and love.
We will share heart circles, ancient feminine practices, rituals, guided meditations and many powerful activities some together online, and also yourself at home throughout the three months.

Theme: Self-Love, Forgiveness & Radiant Joy
Diving into the sanctuary of your heart. This month, we awaken Anahata through rituals of gratitude, self-compassion, and forgiveness. You’ll reconnect with joy, soften into your inner child, and open yourself to the flow of unconditional love. Rituals include mirror work, heart meditation, and sacred sharing circles that will leave you glowing from within.

🧡 Month 2: Svadhisthana – The Sacral Chakra🧡
Theme: Sensuality, Creativity & the Power of the Divine Feminine
This is your sensual rebirth. In this sacred space, we descend into the womb—the seat of your creativity, sexual energy, and emotional power. Through ancient feminine practices, womb meditations and sensual movement we release shame, ignite pleasure, and awaken the creative priestess within. You’ll track your lunar rhythms and embody your juicy, magnetic feminine self.

Theme: Truth, Expression & Liberation
Unleash your voice and speak your sacred truth. This final month is a reclamation of your power to express yourself fully and fearlessly. Through journaling, fire rituals, affirmation practices, setting boundaries and deep heart-to-throat embodiment, you’ll dissolve silence and step into your wild, wise, and authentic voice—ready to share your truth with the world.
