For the past 10 years she has been dedicated to working with individuals to help them with healing their body, mind and soul and reconnecting with their inner selves.
Her own path pf healing and longing to help and share with others has led her to study and work with many healing modalities and in recent years this has expanded into running women´s circles and retreats .
She has discovered many incredible tools such as meditation and aguahara (a therapy in the water ) that are now very much integrated in to her way of life and how she works due to the deep healing and transformation that they bring.
She is predominantly based in the beautiful beach side town of Mazunte in Mexico which is the perfect place for the beautiful retreats that she runs.
